Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 7 October 2026
Trial
New customers can start with a low-cost paid trial (for example ₹5 for a short period). Its price and duration are shown in the app before you pay. A prepaid trial ends at its displayed time and is never renewed automatically.
Cancelling
Prepaid trials and plans end on their displayed expiry date unless you buy more access. If you approved AutoPay, cancel the mandate in your UPI app (or, for a card, with your bank) before the next debit. Cancellation stops future debits and keeps already paid access until its expiry. You can see every payment in the app under Profile → Payments & receipts.
Refunds
- If you're not happy with a purchase, contact us within 48 hours of paying and we'll refund it in full, provided you haven't used a large part of the plan's daily limits.
- If you were charged by mistake, charged twice, or the service didn't work for you because of a problem on our side, contact us within 7 days of the charge with your phone number and payment details, and we'll make it right.
- Approved refunds go back to the original payment method (UPI, card, bank or wallet) through Razorpay, usually within 5–7 working days. The premium access bought with that payment ends when it's refunded.
- We don't usually refund the unused part of a plan after that, except where the law requires it.
